Terms & Conditions – Casa La Cala Golf

These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Casa La Cala Golf.

1. Reservation and Payment

  • A reservation is considered final once it has been confirmed in writing and the required deposit has been received.
  • The main booker must be at least 25 years old and is responsible for all accompanying guests.

2. Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: full refund (100%).
  • Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
  • Within 14 days before arrival: no refund.

In the event of proven force majeure (such as government-imposed travel restrictions), an alternative stay period will be offered in consultation. A refund in such cases is not guaranteed.

Cancellations must always be submitted in writing via email.

3. Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in: from 15:00
  • Check-out: no later than 11:00
  • Early check-in or late check-out is only possible upon prior approval and subject to availability.

4. Stay and Liability

  • The guest is fully responsible for the apartment, its contents, and compliance with the house rules during the stay.
  • Any damage, breakage, or loss must be reported immediately.
  • The owner is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage to persons or property during the stay.
  • Parties, events, or any disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited.
  • The peace and quiet of neighbors and other guests must be respected at all times.

5. Cleaning and Security Deposit

  • The apartment will be delivered clean and in good condition and must be left in a neat state upon departure.
  • If the apartment is left in an excessively dirty condition or if damage is identified, additional costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
  • Security deposit: €250 (if applicable).
  • The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage or additional costs have been identified.

6. Additional Provisions

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
  • Pets are only allowed with prior written approval.
  • By completing a booking, the guest agrees to these terms and conditions and the house rules of Casa La Cala Golf.
  • All agreements are governed by Spanish law.
