House Rules – Casa La Cala Golf
Welcome to Casa La Cala Golf. We do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible. To ensure quality and a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules.
General
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. It is allowed on the terrace, provided no nuisance is caused.
- Pets are not allowed, unless agreed upon in writing in advance.
- The apartment is intended for tourist accommodation only. Parties and events are not permitted.
- Please respect quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00 (in accordance with the rules of Solana Village).
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.
Pool & Common Areas
- The pool is only accessible during the official opening hours of the community.
- After use, sunbeds must be left neatly and any waste must be removed.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Departure
- Please place used dishes in the dishwasher and dispose of all waste.
- Close all windows, doors, and shutters.
- Switch off air conditioning and lighting.
- Check-out is no later than 11:00, unless agreed otherwise.
Safety
- Do not leave valuables unattended.
- Please use the available safe for personal belongings.
- In case of emergency: call 112 or contact us immediately.
